I waive any claim or legal demand on any damage occurred to the person who is as a passenger on the boat this document as guardian and attorney in fact. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is only allowed for people over 18 years old, alcohol consumption must be done in a responsible manner. Boats4u and Nautiturismo SAS and the owners of the boat are not responsible for any accident that may occur due to the irresponsible consumption of alcoholic beverages. The consumption or transportation of drugs is strictly forbidden and in case the crew detects the consumption of illicit drugs, the relevant authorities will be informed.<br \/>\nPersonal accident policy.
