-One month prior to departure: 90% refund of deposit paid.
-Two weeks prior to departure: 80% refund of deposit paid.
-One week prior to departure: 70% refund of deposit paid.
-72 hours prior to departure: 50% refund of deposit paid.
-48 prior to departure: No refund will be made. Rescheduling:
-Two weeks prior to departure: No additional charges for change, but subject to availability.
-Seven days prior to departure: No additional charges for change, but subject to availability.
-72 hours prior to departure: Changes can be made but are subject to availability, a 10% change penalty may apply.
-48 hours prior to departure: Changes can be made but are subject to availability, a 20% change penalty may apply. Refunds:
In case of any of the following situations, a refund of the total amount of the reservation will be made except for administrative expenses:
– Trip cancellation due to Dimar restriction in navigation.
– Trip cancellation due to extreme weather that may endanger the safety of passengers.
