1. Punta Arena on Tierra Bomba

   Punta Arena Beach is located on the island of Tierra Bomba, which is right in front of the beaches of Bocagrande.
   You can arrive by boat or yacht to this place, surrounded by crystal clear water and white sand. This panorama is very different from the beaches of Bocagrande and Laguito due to its purity and tranquility.
   Although it is a heavenly place, what we do recommend is that you have enough protection for the sun since this island doesn’t have many zones that offer shade.

2. Playa Blanca in Barú

   This beach’s sea probably has the most translucent color of all. The landscape is undoubtedly wonderful, and although there are many local vendors, if you continue walking, you can get away from the crowd and enjoy a much more exclusive sector of the beach.

3. Blue beach, Isla Cholón in Islas del Rosario

   Full of extensive beaches with a clear and clean sea, this beach will take your breath away, and if you go near the naval club there are not so many street vendors; besides, it’s one of the best places to watch the sunset in Cartagena.

4. Playa Libre, Isla Grande in Islas del Rosario

   In the archipelago of Rosario most of the beaches are private, however, Playa Libre is not. To get there, we recommend that you don’t choose a tour of the islands; because, even if they offer to visit the Oceanarium or snorkeling, you won’t visit Isla Grande. On the contrary, if you choose to rent a yacht you can get to your chosen one.
   Isla Grande is a paradisiacal place, being there you can dive with much more tranquility and visualize the Rosario reef, you can also visit the National Park if you wish.

5. San Bernardo Islands

   Although these islands are a little removed from Cartagena, Mucura and Tintipan islands are completely paradisiacal places that are worth visiting.
